My New Year’s resolution, while standing 443 feet above the ground on the 1st of January, was to help at least 200 women this year. So I’m going to start right here, right now.🤗

“I wear black to reduce decision-making and to make it standardised”, I heard a friend say. And I couldn’t agree more, you don’t want to spend too much time on choosing what colour clothes to wear, there are far more important things to do.

After writing my last week's post I realised that I didn't voice one of the main concerns we've all got at one point or another. As we get older, we sometimes worry, are we still desirable?

I was at a bus stop in Hackney, waiting for 276, when a troubled man was passing by, not quite being able to walk in a straight line. As I overheard the dreaded “Hey, beautiful!” I turned my head to see that it was addressed to a young girl, sitting next to me.

I LOVE turquoise! If it was up to me, I'd have a wardrobe full of it. But unfortunately it really doesn't suit my complexion. So I guess I'm just gonna have to stick with turquoise walls in my bedroom 😭... OR... are there any other ideas?
